Lone Star graphite sheet is made from exfoliated graphite flake with high carbon content. It is chemically treated, expanded under high temperature and pressed for rolling.

Style 5002 is 100% expanded virgin PTFE that is extremely soft and very compressible. Style 5002 has unlimited shelf life and can be removed at anytime from the flange surface since it is a non-stick product.

Style 5002-HD is a high density indurated 100% expanded virgin PTFE. Style 5002-HD has unlimited shelf life and can be removed at anytime from the flange surface since it is a non-stick product

Style 5100 is 100% expanded PTFE that is an extremely reliable alternative to sheet gasketing. This form in place substitute can be used in most sealing applications, especially on rough flanges or complex surfaces.
